About us
With over 40 years experience in the construction industry and having worked with SIP
panel construction on some of our larger projects, we have, through these experiences,
learnt and been impressed by the strength, insulating properties and sustainable
qualities of SIP panels. In recent years, with more and more clients asking for us to
build them garden rooms/offices, we have seen the need for garden rooms/offices grow
and have decided to concentrate on this market.
At ‘YOUR GARDEN ROOMS’, our mission is to create bespoke projects for our clients,
to enhance their living spaces and to provide the highest quality of materials and work
standard. We have partnered with IWA to provide not just a deposit guarantee scheme,
to give the client peace of mind that your deposit money is protected in case of any
unforeseen event, from the initial order to starting the project, but also to be able for us
to offer the client a 10 year Insurance backed guarantee on all our work.
With the growth of people working from home and children living at home for longer, the
growing need to look after elderly relatives within the family unit, with retiring people
seeking extra space for their hobbies such as art studios, home gyms and even golf
studios, this need for extra or dedicated spaces has increased exponentially and has
created a vast demand for Garden Rooms .
The ease of construction, the fact that in most cases planning permission is not
required, the cleanliness and speed of construction, (particularly using SIPS) and the
affordability factor compared to traditional construction methods, appeal not just to us as
team but more importantly to the customer. We genuinely look forward to meeting and
